Child Safety Standards
← Back to PoliciesLast updated:
Our commitment
Jain Doctors Federation (JDF) prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across its app, website, and services. These standards apply to every user and to profiles, images, documents, advertisements, events, and other content or activity on JDF. For these standards, a child is anyone under 18.
Using JDF to facilitate, encourage, or conceal the abuse or exploitation of a child is prohibited.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Creating, uploading, requesting, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including digitally generated material.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexualized communications involving children.
- Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or arrangements involving a child.
- Threats, coercion, blackmail, or sextortion directed at a child.
- Sexualizing children or promoting, normalizing, or assisting their sexual abuse.
Report a child-safety concern
Contact JDF at jaindoctors.mumbai@gmail.com with the subject JDF Child Safety Report. You do not need a JDF account to email a report.
Include the profile or content link or ID, when you encountered it, and a brief description. Do not attach, download, copy, or forward suspected CSAM. Share identifying details or links so the concern can be investigated without redistributing harmful material.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
Review and enforcement
JDF will review reported concerns and take appropriate action. When we become aware of CSAM on our services, we will remove it or disable access. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.
We handle reports with care and limit disclosure to what is necessary for review, protection of children, and applicable legal obligations. We may preserve relevant information where required for an investigation or by law.
Reporting to authorities
JDF will comply with applicable child-safety laws and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional authority or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as applicable. We will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities investigating child abuse or exploitation.
